Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi costs are included in the rental price during the peak season.
During the off-season, electricity usage is charged at €0.35/kWh. Water and Wi-Fi costs remain included as in the peak season.
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before departure. If a cancellation is made at a later date, we are unfortunately unable to refund the deposit paid.
Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays.
• Rentals are only available on a weekly basis.
Important Notes:
• Rentals to youth groups under 25 years old are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
